iXperience wants to help students around the world to accelerate their careers by offering high end learning environments through courses and internships abroad.

To optimise iXperience’s website we had to understand their American target audience, to see why they would or wouldn’t want to follow a summer school abroad. We created two test groups and conducted ten in-depth interviews with current and former iXperience’s students. Through these interviews we developed an understanding about the level of trust that needs to be established through the website in order to decide to follow a summer school abroad.

Learning about what influenced their choices enabled us to map out their customer journeys and optimise the website accordingly. This resulted in a 25% increase in conversion. Yebo!
