SoapboxSA & Lucky Star teamed up in a once off project to mark & commemorate a special day in South Africa, Mandela Day. This event motivates society and business to work together in doing 67 minutes of social good. When Lucky Star was looking for a project to support we could not think of a better solution than to activate Captain Fanplastic – our flagship Cause Marketing project. What followed was a marvellously successful event on Hout Bay beach in Cape Town. Sixty seven minutes of turning trash into treasure in the community that the client’s factory is located in made the day unforgettable.
SoapboxSA co-ordinated the project, measured the brand’s intended positive impact, produced media collateral & activated environmental awareness within the client’s stakeholder and employee base. This was achieved by involving them in a fun & interactive plug & play event solution that included the learners from a local school.
